Dr Conrad Cayse

Dr Conrad Cayse the medical research specialist for the watchers council. He is charged with ensuring the medical and psychological health of the the slayer.

He has been sent by the council to check the health and status of the most recently chosen slayer. The council are worried that with the appearance of a second slayer that the power of the slayer may be interfered with or in some way lessened.

Conrad takes his job of investigating this very seriously as the whole existence of the council is on the line here.
