Resources:
Heather probably has a larger amount than shown by this, but she has no
head for finace and much of the clubs money (and hers) is wasted. She
allows his retainers a lot of leeway with their expenses.

Herd:
Heathers herd is made up of regulars at her club, all of who think that
the club is `grotty, but cool, a club with `street cred`' (if the homeboys
were not beaten on sight). They have met Heather and fallen under
  her `spell'.

Retainers:
  * Spider Web: Ghoul tattoo artist that she met in USA. Spider
is a great Tattoo artist who does most of the work for people at the
Club. Spider knows about Kindred and Heathers condition and she has
offered to embrace him, but he has so far refused, thinking he would
lose his link with people. He is blood bonded to Heather, but Heather
would never interfere with Spider or use him in any dangerous activity.
Quote: "Hmmm, is that bit of skin spare? You arnt using it are you?"
  * Oliver Blackburn:	Bouncer at the club. He is a ghoul and
blood bonded to Heather. He knows what Heather is and knows of the
sleeping places around the club. Oliver was a dead head from Hearthers
days in the States. Hates being called 'Ol'. Quote: "Ya all better
leave. I don like hard work, like breaking heads. No? Ahhh, I just
thought of what we call 'just cause'... *BIFF*"
  * Q.C. (questionable chemicals). Biker. QC is a burned out old
druggy. He has wild eyes that dont exactly focus on what he is looking
at. He is weird and a total loner, but he seems to serve Heather,
dispite the fact that she hasnt blood bonded him or anything.
Quote: "Be sure that the flash of light shall show us your
true heart while the background is cast into shadow. *gulps drink*"
  * Tom `maddog' Colder: `leader' of a pack of bikers/street kids.
Maddog and his gang make up 6 of Heather herd. (see below)
Quote: "As Big Ol says, ya comes in and ya leave painted or bleeding."
  * Peter Calloway:	Peter thinks that Heather is `so cool'. He runs the
club when Heather is away. He is blood bonded to Heather and is deeply
in love with Heather, but she treats him like dirt. He knows she loves
him deep down, too, but is confused by her resent descent into
'moodyness?'. He knows what Heather is. Quote: "You bitch! *mutters*
    I love you."
  * James Bookman:	James is Heathers latest `interest'. Peter and
James do not get on well, but are civil because of Heather. He is
blood bonded. He does not know of vampires, and lords it over
Peter when ever he can. Heather usually sides with him, not because
she loves him, but because it makes Peter squirm. It disturbs Heather
a lot that she knows she does not truly love James, she realizes that
she will soon throw him away, and Heather has a feeling that James will
not survive the drop. Sometimes she dreams of him dead, by her own
    hand, just for the picture.
Quote: "Come on Ol, you must have Evian water
somewhere in this club! Peter is hiding it from me!"

Merits and Flaws: nightclub -2, eye for beauty -1, enchanting voice -2,
		ward +3, compulsion +1, enemy +1, clan enmity*.5 +1,
		drink liquids -1.

ward:
Spider Web. Heather considers him to be such a great artist that she will
  make sure he survives.
Peter Calloway: Heather loves him deep down, but her recent changes
mean that she makes his life a misery.

compulsion:
Spread the true art, human as a canvas either as skin or as a group.
  Society is a kaliderscope.

nightclub:
The Fly. Grungy place. Full of bikers and burnouts.

enemy:
A portrait artist. "They are but dead images of the true beauty.
Why paint people?! You mock them!" HACK.......SPIT "How quaint,
  water paint" (gain an enemy)

Clan Enmity:
Heather considers `traditional' artists as generally shallow and
ignorant because they ignore the PEOPLE. Because of her attitude
towards the human condition, she agrees more with Posers. This causes
some friction with the following groups.

Posers: Many consider that she is making fools of them. "She plays
with us. Supports us and brings derision and laughter of the
      Artists."
Artists: "Really! Heather has an eye for art and is a skilled artist
herself, but the way she hangs round with those POSERS! And she
laughed at Williams portrait. It must be those foul humans she
      meets at THAT club."
Nosferatu: They are CURSED, human art forever ruined.

Image:
Heather is a thin woman. She often wears expensive clothes when
not at the club. When at the club, she puts on romantic-goth type
clothes, although they are very designer and not at all grunge
(think lace cuffs etc). Underneath all of the clothes are some of
the most beautiful tattoos ever seen and almost everything peirced
plus a branding or two (the latter two were small interests, but the
  tats keep her interest).

Roleplaying Notes:
Aloof. Listen and watch, watch and become.
The `fringe' culture attracts you. You listen to them, become
them, drown in them. They are attracted to you and you to them, they
get a place to gather, you get a place to feed. Certain of them stay
and become `regulars' at the club. They come to listen to you and to
be Marked by you or Spider. It is an honor for both of you.
Always the gentlewoman. Civilization is mankinds greatest
achievement, to lose that is to become nothing. People at the club
used to mind (some new people remark on it) that you dont fit in
with their dress, but you dont fit in anywhere. Anyway, soon they
come to accept you or they move on. Humans come and go.
Lately, you have become more and more attracted by the dark human
arts. You have noticed you tend to feel less and less for those who
pass through your life. You still feel strongly for those you know
well, but for the mass of humanity, you are starting to feel little.
This darkness makes you treat Peter like dirt but you cannot resist it.
Your darkness seems to have infected your art. it has made it more
powerful, but all that you photograph seems to end up dead or
suffering horribly. Over the past 5 years, you have tried to resist,
but you are drawn to the art and must take the pictures. All you have
seen has convinced you that you curse those you photograph, or drain
some life from them in some way. You try to resist, but the art
  draws you.

The time that shook you out of your traditional English values was
the 60s. Traveling through the United States, you came across a
group of vampires who were following the "Dead Head" culture round the
country. You got to know them and soon joined them. They treated you like a
groupie at first, letting you follow, but never getting fully involved. That
suited you, you wanted little to go with your kind at that anyway.
You became good friends with them, travelled with them, slept for the
day with them, even shared blood with them.
One, a Tremere, even showed you body sculpting like you had never seen.
As you travelled and drank with them, you came to trust them. Soon,
you started to get involved with them. Realizing this and that this
was not what you wanted, you left. Your friends, just let you leave,
smiling to themselves that they would drop in some day. "Sure, you
will always be welcome in my haven, friends." You now suspect they
  were Sabbat.

Art
---
The club is filled with pictures of the people you and Spider have Marked
over the years. People sometimes select tats from this archive.
Lately, you have been dreaming about creating your own dark art. You
feel the attraction of creating these dark images, taking someone's
life and making from it a dark and horrible visage. You see the
darkness in yourself and the world and you want to frame it.

The passage way to your office is dark, save for the lights illuminating
your greatest works (and the dull red glow of the fire warning
system :).

"Lisa"
One of your latest works, "Lisa", a picture of a drugged out
woman, black eye, dirty face and clothes, needle still in her arm,
and a distant Mona Lisa smile. Cut out the photo and plant it on a
blowup of the original background. People in the club loved it. A
kindred you had never seen before was staring at it, but he left
before you could make your way over to him.
Beautiful smile she had. She died 3 days later I hear. The ortopsy
report said her name was Samantha. You have the needle which killed
her and a lock of her hair in the bottom of the picture.

"Romeo"
A large muscular man, well tanned. He infected 23 men and women
before his throat was cut by one of his exlovers.
Beautiful body. You have a condom he always carried, but never
used, a picture of his layed out body on the bottom of the picture.

"Untitled"
A woman with her back exposed and looking over her shoulder, shyly
at the camera. Her back is totally covered in scars and wounds.
She was killed in a drunken frenzy by her lover, who like her
  parents, would beat her.
Captivating innocence and trust. You have a fingernail, a list of the
wounds that she sustained as she died and a face shot of her, from the
morge, calm almost peaceful expression. You never found out her real name.

"Money"
A average looking man in a nice suit getting into an black BMW with
tainted windows. He looks surprised. You dont know what brought your
attention to him, but you just had to take his photo.
Some investigation found that he was #2 in a drug smuggling
operation. A sadistic bastard too, by all accounts. He killed his boss
and was himself killed when his car ran off the road 4 months later.
Police suspect his involvement in atleast 25 killings directly, including
the dissapearance of his wife, plus an uncounted number of drug deaths.
Spellbinding representation of money and sucess. You have his wedding
ring, a burnt piece of skin and a picture of his wife and 2 surviving kids.

"The Hand of God"
This is the skin from the back of a man you and Spider once
marked. His 'wife' wanted it to be on display rather than
hidden. The tattoo is a parody of the hand reaching out to God, by
Michaelangelo. The skin contains a picture of his girl reaching out.
She has the other half, a picture of the man, reaching for her. When
her time comes, you will probably have to take that too. Undertakers
  have no artistic appreciation.
A repulsive, yet beautiful piece once you realise what it is.
